- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms.
- Scrape, copy, or republish inventory listings, photographs, or other content without our written permission.
- Interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or introduce malicious code.
2. Vehicle listings and pricing
We work hard to keep listings accurate, but information on the Site, including prices, mileage, specifications, options, condition, and availability, is provided for general information only and may contain errors or be out of date. All prices exclude tax, title, registration, and dealer fees unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change or withdrawal without notice. Photographs may not reflect a vehicle's current condition.
Nothing on the Site is a binding offer to sell. A vehicle is sold only under a written purchase agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement, together with any required Florida disclosures, controls the terms of the sale. We encourage you to inspect any vehicle, or have it inspected, before purchase.
3. Sell Your Car and sourcing services
Submitting a Sell Your Car form is a request for an evaluation, not an offer or acceptance. Any offer we make is subject to inspection and a separate written agreement. Sourcing services are provided under a separate written sourcing agreement that sets out scope, fees, and timelines; nothing on the Site creates a sourcing engagement.
4. Communications
By submitting a form, you consent to us contacting you by email, phone, or text about your request. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information and how to opt out.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including the Rennsource name and logo, text, photographs, and design, are owned by or licensed to Rennsource and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
6. Your submissions
By uploading photos or other content through the Site, you confirm you have the right to share them and grant us a non-exclusive license to use them to evaluate your request and, if we purchase the vehicle, to market it.
7. Third-party sites
The Site links to third-party websites and social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. THIS SECTION APPLIES TO THE SITE ITSELF; ANY WARRANTY TERMS THAT APPLY TO A VEHICLE PURCHASE ARE SET OUT IN THE WRITTEN PURCHASE AGREEMENT AND REQUIRED DISCLOSURES.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RENNSOURCE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Rennsource harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
